Return & Exchange Policy

Barker Kitsen wants to ensure that you and your pet are 100% happy with your purchase.  If for some reason your purchase didn't keep your pets smiling, we would be happy to give you a full refund for all products that are not used, open or expired within 60 days of purchase.

Just give us a ring (855-492-6453) or email us (info@barkerkitsen.com), obtain an authorization code and return it! No questions, no hassle!

Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous states (sorry Hawaii and Alaska!).  Free shipping on all orders over $49. Flat rate shipping of only $4.95 on all other orders.

How will orders be shipped?

Although most of the products ship directly from Barker Kitsen, bigger items (i.e. Beds) get sent directly from the sellers so your products might arrive in separate packages on different days.  Your packages may arrive with USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on your locations.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Although we can't guarantee the dates, we do our best to get your order to you within 2-4 business days.  A tracking number will be provided to you after the order is processed and shipped.
